which leaves you the option to send the item to us or you can drop your item of at your local store.

Once the your are happy with your sell order and have received your free wrapping parcel pack up your device ready for posting.
Fast Payment
The day we receive your device*
Once we have checked your device, and if all is correct as per your sell order we’ll make payment
on the same day of receipt.
* Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Same day payment does not apply to orders received
after 1pm and any events that are out of our control.
